1. Entry is open to those aged 18 and over, except employees, directors of or members of the immediate family of the Promoter, PromoVeritas, their agents or anyone directly connected with the management and development of this competition.

2. This competition is governed by English law and all those entering are deemed to have read, understood and to be bound by these rules.

3. The promoter is not responsible for any issues arising from entering the competition via the internet in countries where such a competition may be in breach of national laws.

4. To enter either at a live event or via the internet, use your skill and judgement to position the cursor over the exact spot where you think that the ball will be in the relevant photograph for your competition. Use your mouse button to register your chosen location and proceed to the payment screen. Please note that an entry is only valid when we have confirmed your payment and sent you a confirming email.

5. This competition closes at midnight on the date specified in the page relating to each comptition

6. Judging : After the closing date PromoVeritas Ltd, the independent verification specialists and a representative from the Promoter will meet and use their expertise to select the location of the ball.The winner will be the person who has submitted the answer nearest to the judges decision. In the unlikely event of a tie, those involved in the tie will take part in a further spot the ball competition to determine the final winner.

7. The judges decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. The Winner will be notified within 10 days of the closing date, using the information submitted at the time of registration and will be asked to verify their identify and method of payment.

9. The solution and the winners name, area and county will be available on the website www.wincarsandcash.co.uk one week after the closing date and for a further one month.

10. The prize for this competition will be the car as stated in the competition or its equivalent. All cars will either be brand new or pre-registered, in both cases from official dealers. Images used on the website are for illustration only and the exact specification may change due to circumstance beyond the control of the promoter

11. Delivery of the prize will be as soon as possible, but being dependent on manufacturers leadtimes may take up to six months and will be to a UK address with VAT and other relevant taxes paid. Delivery to an overseas address can be arranged, as can a left hand drive car, but it will be at the winners expense. Car insurance will need to be provided by the winner and needs to be in place by the delivery date.

12. Winners will be responsible for their own tax liability - if any.

13. All winners agree to their name, image and country of residence to be used by the promoters on the website and other media within reason.

14. In the unlikely that the proposed winner rejects the prize, it will be awarded to the next closest entrant.

15. The promoter reserves the right to extend the closing date on the competition.

16. In the event that the reserve number of entries are not sold for the competition, the judging will still take place, and the selected winner will receive the sum of all the entry monies submitted, less 30% for marketing and administration costs.

17. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability of any of the goods or services offered as prizes. Except for liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Promoter, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss suffered or sustained to person or property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods by any person to the prize-winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying the winner, or in connection with any of the competitions promoted by the Promoter.

18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for communications failures that may result in failed email or web transmissions.

19. The Promoter reserves the right to update these rules at any time

20. These rules and all competitions are subject to English Law and the jurisdiction of the English courts.

21. Data Protection Act : The Promoter confirms that any personal data that you supply or authorise the Promoter to obtain from a third party, for example, a credit card company, will only be used for (i) the purposes of operating the competition and (ii) to contact you about other competitions that the promoter may be running. In order to process, record and use your personal data the Promoter may disclose it to (i) any credit card company whose name you give; (ii) any organisation (whether or not connected to the Promoter) for the purpose of bringing to your attention goods and services which the Promoter considers may be of interest to you; (iii) any person to whom the Promoter proposes to transfer any of the Promoter's rights and/or responsibilities under any agreement the Promoter may have with you; (iv) any person to whom the Promoter proposes to transfer its business or any part of it; (v) comply with any legal or regulatory requirement of the Promoter in any country; and (vi) prevent, detect or prosecute fraud and other crime.
